The most reliable control system for a sewage pumping station with the lowest operation costs on the market:

• IP65 metal control cabinet with internal heating, placed inside a thermosetting enclosure, providing the best protection against weather conditions, including lightning discharge,
• grid/generator switch with external socket for connection of a power generator,
• cabinet lighting and a built-in 230 V outlet for powering a computer,

  • operation mode: MANUAL enables pump control in emergency situation, bypassing the PLC and HMI with the use of floats,
    In this mode it is possible to bypass the dry-run protection and to maximally pump the sewage out. It is achieved by the SERVICE switch inside the cabinet. The use of this switch is indicated on the cabinet’s front and remotely in the SCADA application,
  • operation mode: AUTO – control is realized by the PLC. Modification of control parameters is possible only locally via the HMI panel,
  • operation mode: AUTO+REMOTE – similar to the AUTO mode, modification of control parameters is possible locally via HMI panel or remotely by the SCADA application,
• starting the pumps by contactors or soft-starters; additionally the pumps may be protected with 100 mA RCDs,
• remote signalling of opening the cabinet,
• control of external lighting,
• very cheap operation of a SIM card – approx. 5 zł/month (as of december 2019). The system is using standart SIM cards with Internet access. Pre-paid cards additionally increase security. SIM cards with static public IP are not necessary.
• TraceMode SCADA enables monitoring of every pumping station, modification of its parameters, remote viewing of the plant’s state via Internet browser or smartphone, remote switching of sewage pumps and complex control of the entire sewerage system,
• 36-month warranty, which can be extended to 60 months.
